A kitchen that has 8 Barstools yes 8, along mwith a Keurig, Air Fryer Toaster, quality kitchen utensils and more. Boredom is simply not an option for we have an abundance of Board games, a Full size Fooseball Table, Shuffle Board, and a breathtaking Backyard Patio sitting area accompanied by a comfortable Hot Tub, and Cornhole. Located in the heart of Houston, you’ll be 10-20 minutes away from several major attractions:

The stay was good. I know the community is up and coming. Communication with the host was great especially when I needed to add another night to our reservation.

We rented this house while we showed at the Livestock show. The house was very clean and the distance to the show was very little, which was great! Communication was good. There was one little issue with the water, but the homeowners made it right, so we were happy! This a 3 story condo type. With kids and luggage it was a little inconvenient but we had plenty of room.

I booked the place and it met my expectations. Everything was clean and look exactly like the pictures. The host communicated well and respond promptly every time I texted. The tv in the bedroom downstairs had sounds issues as the sound kept going on. Please let it be noted I did not communicate this with the host and I’m sure if I did, they would’ve helped me no problem. I enjoyed my stay and am very thankful.

Don’t let the nice pictures fool you.Don’t get me wrong the house is beautiful but TERRIBLE location.Check in process was smooth got in the house no problem.Looking at the pictures having all the games&a hot tub was a HUGE plus considering we’re traveling with our kids &keeping them entertained during our stay was something we were looking forward to..but for starters the foosball table was broken couldn’t properly play some of the players were broken, the shuffle board usually has salt on the board to be able to glide across the board but this one didn’t so it was a little hard to play but I could maybe understand not wanting sand all over the floor. Secondly the host mentioned that they have wkly inspections on the hot tub but it surprises me that the tech hasn’t mentioned that it may be broken. We ran the hot tub for about 4 hrs and it never got above 72 temp. Our stay was for 3N&on the 2 night our lights went out for 5rs.Checking the site outage map center point stated it was a planned outage.The host would’ve definitely know about this if they checked their overfilled mailbox.Upon arrival there was a yellow door tag from center point hanging out the mailbox that states the outage. I spoke with the host&mentioned if they checked they would’ve known and should’ve blocked that day out so the house couldn’t be rented. Being out of power for 5hrs is a HUGE inconvenience considering we paid quite a bit for the rental.. to mention the “cleaners” keep all the trashN garage
