If you’re in Houston for an extended stay this is the place!Great neighborhood for walking, close to the Bayou and Memorial Park. Great getting in and out of downtown and Museum District. Great hosts always available and accommodating.

I can’t say enough about these guys. The effort they have put into this home is unbelievable, from the littlest details to the biggest, they have it covered. The living room w/the gorgeous kitchen leather couch, the lighting & fire place is a whole mood. I found myself just sitting there sipping tea lost in thoughts more thano a few times. The bedroom across from the LR is my fav, the details were impeccable, from the dimming switch lighting remotes / fan, the bathroom that has a Keurig in between the closet & sink, it was perfect for my pre-shower ritual, I’d pick out my coffee for the am, have it going as I showered & perfect when I got out. I was living on caffeine & energy drinks as I’m in a pageant & super busy during that/this time, really wish I was able to stay longer. Jonathon was my main point of contact and I can honestly say he is the biggest help, in so many ways, whether the house or keeping me positive. He is great and you just can’t help but fall in love with both of them. The kindness they show is hard to find, they’re just amazing people. I definitely still plan to stay there & keep in touch. I’ll There’s a reason why this place is always booked. By far one of the best pla”’llld T. RPN to A Max , especially in that area. You will not be disappointed!

We stayed at this location for several months and absolutely loved it. The fenced in area with the patio was perfect for our dogs as well as myself! I was able to relax and enjoy the area without feeling like I was in a huge city! The house is clean and functional and had more than we could have asked for. The property itself is beautiful and comfortable but that wasn’t even the best part. The hosts Jonathan and Patrick were amazing. Anything we needed or had questions about they were at the ready to help. We were in town during the massive storms in May that knocked the power out for several days. Not for us though, these amazing hosts have outfitted their properties with generators that were life savers during the power outages. I truly cannot express how wonderful this property and these hosts are! Book this place! You won’t regret it!

There is a special, comforting feeling that goes with being home. We instantly felt that same feeling here! We travel to Houston 4-6 times per year and we have stayed at a LOT of different places. Going forward we will ALWAYS look to see if this home is available FIRST. GREAT location, tons of dining options, neat neighborhood to explore on cooler evening walks. The private fenced in yard was especially nice for our sweet rescue dog. HUGE tv’s (x 3!), MULTIPLE AC UNITS (very important to us), luxury appliances & finishes throughout the home. Can’t praise our host Jonathan enough for going above and beyond for us on more than one occasion. Very special place, can’t wait to return!

Thank you Jonathan and Patrick for a wonderful stay in your home! Every single thing exceeded our expectations. The kitchen has phenomenal equipment, plenty of dishes, every kitchen gadget anyone would ever need. Both 12 cup coffee makers as well Keurigs were available. Tons of Keurig pods and teas too! The washer and dryer seems brand new and was very user friendly. Both bathrooms had more than enough room and were filled with bunches of toiletries. Both showers were excellent! It was really nice to be at a home that had lots of closet space (with velvet, non-slip hangers!!) and dresser drawers ~ no having to live out of a suitcase :) Both beds are huge. We loved the master bedroom one that has a beautiful black decor headboard. The dining table is round and large, comfortable seating for 8 easily. The living room was soothing with an electric fireplace, 2 recliners and a cozy couch, not to mention a very large size smart TV. The outdoor area offered spaces for both sun and shade. The home is in a safe and desirable location. It was nice that the outdoor area was fully fenced and secured for our dog and for early morning coffee relaxation time. The house is equipped with ADT alarm system and keyless entry. Jonathan and Patrick were always available, they went above and beyond accommodating an early check in and late check out for us. Communication with them was superb! We will be back in April. Absolutely 💯 recommend!!!

Property was as advertised. Owners checked on us and gave us a later check out. Very Quiet. Very clean. Very comfortable. Had everything we needed…even our favorite Topa Chico sparkling water. Very thankful for having this space for our daughter to rest while we took care of her after an outpatient surgery.

WOW! We stayed in this gem hosted by Mr. Johnathan and we were super impressed with his attention to detail. The host clearly has given great thought to what a professional business travel expects and this flat exceeded my picky expectations. While I attending business meetings a few minutes away in downtown, my family was very comfortable and we all enjoyed our stay immensely. I will definitely be back. Highly, highly recommended!

We loved staying at Jonathan & Patrick’s bungalow. It was spotless and had everything we needed. The kitchen was outfitted for a cook, not for a rental. There are phone chargers and USB ports in every room. The WiFi worked perfectly. The location was ideal, including walkability to restaurants and a neat coffee house down the street. We can’t wait to visit again!!

We came to Houston from Michigan to visit family and to enjoy holiday. This is the cleanest and well stocked vacation rentals that I have ever stayed in. Communication was fabulous. It is such a nice layout. We had plenty of room to enjoy our self with lots of extras and so comfortable. If you are cooking for your family, the kitchen is to die for. We will stay here again for sure.

We truly enjoyed the hospitality and the care that we felt during our stay in this home. From the moment that we did our booking we appreciated the efficient communication. My Husband is a wonderful cook and we made great use of the kitchen during our stay. We even got to enjoy the outdoor yard space one evening where it got a little cool out. Loved my stay at this home. It was in the perfect location, plenty of restaurant options in walking distance. The home was well equipped with lots of extras. The home is very quiet so I slept great for the week i was there. Communication was fast and efficient. I definitely will stay at this property when I am back in Houston!
