"The location was great! We were able to get from the airport to our hotel using public transportation which was a big thing for us. The rooms were clean and spacious. Staff incredibly welcoming and helpful. Made the experience 10/10. Breakfast was good. I’m not much of a picky eater, but it tasted a bit different than what I’m familiar with. Still good. Would definitely come again given the chance."

"Clean room nice staff Nb the room was ready when we arrive around 11:00. But the were charging 20 pounds for early Check in, They could have let us in the room. We just let our luggage and did the checkin later that day"

"When booking there should be a note that all Family Suites are accessible. I make it a point to not take up these rooms & I don’t like showering on the same floor that shares the toilet. I’m also don’t like using shower curtains in Hotels."

"Really well located hotel for terminal 3. Just a 10min bus ride from Heathrow Central bus station. Room was perfect, nice and quiet. Great amenities and breakfast was ok. Staff are all really friendly."

The only issue I had with the Aerotel Hotel at Terminal 3, Heathrow Airport, was that they do not serve a continental breakfast at the hotel, even though I paid for breakfast. You have to buy breakfast from their buffet bar in reception."
