Top-of-the-line modern, high-end designer remodel. The direct ocean view will greet you as soon as you open the door! This studio unit boasts a unique feature of separation doors that create a one bedroom atmosphere. The open floor plan sweeps from the full size kitchen, through the relaxing living area, and out to the 120 sq foot lanai where your beautiful ocean, lagoon, and pool views await.

THIS PROPERTY IS A LEGAL SHORT TERM RENTAL WITHIN THE ILIKAI RESORT. The new Bill 89 will not affect your stay at this property.

The unit features:

*A large modern bathroom with plenty of counter space, a well lit vanity, and a new tile walk-in shower that has an adjustable handheld shower head.
*A whisper quiet Mitsubishi split AC system and two modern ceiling fans to keep you comfortable.
*Two oversized wall mounted HD smart TVs.
*Free high-speed wifi
*A large entry closet and bedroom closet.

For your convenience and enjoyment, a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, rice cooker, iron and ironing board, and a hair dryer are provided. Coin operated laundry facilities are located just down the hall from the unit. *Due to COVID-19, more stringent cleaning regulations are in place. Housekeeping will no longer leave any form of food item, including Keurig pods, in the kitchen. Thank you for your understanding.

This condo is in a prime location, close to the convention center and the bustling restaurants and night life of the Waikiki strip. It is adjacent to the Hilton Hawaiian Village and close to shopping at both the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center and Ala Moana Shopping Center. And of course, you are only steps away from Waikiki Beach and the Duke Kahanamoku Lagoon.

Ilikai Bell Captain:
The bell captain or valets can assist you with your bags and deliver them to your room when you arrive or when you leave. Tip is usually $1-$2 per bag. Ask for the Bell Desk. Hours 7am-11pm

Parking at the Ilikai:

Ilikai Resort Valet Parking:
Valet parking is available 24/7 and is $45 a day with in/out privileges, of course you must tip for each time. Please check the rate on arrival. No reservations needed. Just arrive anytime and valet staff is on duty.

Lagoon side:
Behind the Ilikai, on the ocean side, are paid parking stalls that you can use for $1 an hour. Payment is made via QR code or App. You can choose any number of hours for your stall.

Red Lobster Parking:
Across the street on the west side on Hobron Lane is Red Lobster. There is a parking garage located there that offers parking for $33 per day with in/out privileges. Please check rates upon arrival.

We absolutely loved our stay in this location at this facility. The view is incredible from the deck! Our experience with communication with our host were excellent. The only reason we did not give a five star review is that there was an air condition leakage issue that we had to deal with when we got to the condo. We were very tired from traveling, and we ended up missing the entertainment at our facility as well as the Friday night fireworks which we were very much looking forward to since we were leaving the following Friday. I must say, though, our experience with Tom, who is this condo’s cleaner and the air condition repairman were extremely kind and helpful and even shared some thoughts as to the things we should do during our stay. I would definitely recommend staying here for the location, close to shopping and restaurants, the gorgeous view, great beach area, great restaurants on the facility at the Ilikai.And very easy to work with hosts.

This is our 3rd time staying at the Ilikai in the last 2 years and this condo was our favorite!! From start to finish, the communication with the host was amazing! Even during our stay they went above and beyond to help with any issues. The remodel they did is amazing and the unit is equipped with just the right amount of everything you will need for your stay! We highly recommend this unit for your stay on Oahu, we can’t wait to get back!!!

My wife and I booked this place for our annual weekly getaway—The condo was extremely clean and situated in the perfect location of Waikiki. The host was extremely helpful and provided superb customer service. I’d give it 10 stars if I could! We most certainly will book again! Mahalo!

Check in was super easy with door code. Instructions were clear to get to the hotel and to get into the room. Perfect setup for me, my spouse, a 24 year old and 12 year old. Pretty view from the balcony. Lots of food options in hotel, including Dave’s Ice Cream which was delicious! A market downstairs as well if you need snacks, drinks, etc. Always easy to get an Uber quickly right from the main entrance of the hotel. Could easily walk to the lagoon and beach from the back side of the hotel. Would recommend staying here for your Oahu adventures!

Clean, comfortable and nicely decorated unit; pretty marina and ocean views from the lanai; a short walk to the pools, lagoon and ocean; kitchen is well-appointed for cooking if desired; quality linens; we really appreciated the provided beach towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler and filtered water pitcher; several restaurants are located in the hotel and nearby. Bucket list anniversary trip

Loved the location (quiet), ease of check in, view, coffee shop, and Menehune Grill (didn't try the other on-property restaurant). Loved the large lanai but could use better curtains (don't close all the way/gaps). Biggest complaint is air conditioner is above the bed and it LEAKS. My husband got dripped on the first night and ended up sleeping on the sofa.Top corner of the bed got soaked. Instruction booklet in the room was our first warning about this. Instructions say to set to 74 degrees and to turn off the AC when you're not in the room. Really? Who wants to come back to a hot room?

Great Place for a Waikiki Experience

The Hotel was in a great Location. Could walk to the beach easily. The Pools we small, but nice. The Market downstairs was very convenient. The room was clean and had enough amenities for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was stocked well enough. We made breakfast (bacon and eggs) and had a taco night. The view was great. We spent most of our time out and about, though when we were in the Condo, we loved sitting on the lanai taking in the view. Also, Jana was AMAZING! Great communication from start to finish.

Amazing view

The view is one of the best features of this place. It is very comfortable and worked out very well for our family of 3. Ilikai can be a bit crowded but the location of the condo away from the central elevator area is helpful - it was surprisingly quiet.

Property was clean and was a great location- we could see beach and marina from our balcony. Easy walk to beach and the on site market, bar/grill were a great bonus. Dave’s ice cream and the coffee shop were visited daily. Staff was kind and friendly the valet parking was convenient. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect location; great view

The hotel is centrally located and just a short walk from the heart of Waikiki. Easy to get around and walkable. The building itself is a hair dated, but the unit is remodeled, clean and comfortable. The owner was helpful and proactive, and getting in was easy as can be. The king is wonderful. The pull out sofa is handy but better suited for kids than full grown adults given the size. There was only one small bar of soap and ounce bottle of shampoo that were exhausted in 2 days. We had to buy soap and shampoo. Liked the place and would stay again. Know that parking in Waikiki is very expensive. We had to valet at the hotel for 50 tip each day. You can park in neighborhood garages for a little less if you're willing to walk. For us the price difference was not enough to bother. Very good spot in Waikiki!

Ilikai Happiness

Very clean & comforting stay with a nice view, comfortable bed, air conditioner & beach chairs, etc. Walking distance to everywhere we wanted to visit. Parking overnight can be expensive but there is a garage above Red Lobster, across the street that we used. We would definitely stay here again.
