Perfectly positioned, the cottage offers the ultimate in coastal living, where sun-soaked days can be spent lounging on the beach, followed by romantic strolls down the shore beneath a canopy of stars.   For those who savor Southern flavors, the nearby restaurants of Surf City beckon, some just a short walk away, offering fresh seafood feasts to delight the senses. The charm of the cottage extends to its screened porch and spacious romantic front deck, where mornings start with the scent of fresh coffee and evenings wind down with sunset cocktails and al fresco dining—an experience to savor with every breeze that rolls in off the sea.  The convenience of one-level living makes this cottage ideal for families of all ages, with no stairs to navigate and the beach access just across the street. Whether you’re enjoying a quiet retreat or creating lifelong memories, Sunshine Trio is a place for everyone. And don’t forget to bring Fido—the cottage is pet-friendly so your four-legged companion can join in the fun.

Your vacation rental is located in Surf City, approximately .8 miles north of the Surf City high rise bridge. You’ll love the peace and quiet here! Visit the Surf City pier or walk (or short drive) to nearby restaurants and shops. Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island’s past.

All of our rentals include fully equipped kitchens, basic small appliances (microwaves, coffee makers, toasters, blenders), pillows, comforters/bedspreads, television(s), central heating/air, iron/ironing board and much more! See our site for a helpful list of what to bring with you to your rental. Please note this home does not come with sheets or towels. You may bring your own or rent them through Ward Realty.
