"This property is in a great location. Don't let the condition of the complex bother you. The unit is nice, the beds are comfortable, and the air conditioning is a plus. The informational booklet was very interesting and we actually followed and appreciated some of the suggestions. We would definitely recommend this unit to friends."

"What a great apartment. Everything was up excellent standards. Many extras like phone charging stations, smart TV with many choices, free wifi, well stocked kitchen, a balcony with a hammock just to name a few. The neighborhood was quiet. Thank you for letting us stay. "

"Our family of three stayed here for a few days while visiting Hilo. I was very impressed with how clean and nice-looking our rental unit was.The grounds were beautiful with ponds, jungle, and wildlife. My daughter enjoyed the ducks that walked around and even named them. I appreciated the laundry access in the building as well. All the directions given by the host were easy to understand and follow regarding rules and check-in/check-out. Overall we had a pleasant stay, and would 100% reccommend!"

"Fully equiped kitchen, clean & good sized. Hamoock on the balcony was great to enjoy the sounds of the frogs & waves crashing in the distance. Great spot for my needs. Easy acess to the National Park without dealing with city traffic."

"Didn’t use the pool. It rained the entire time we were there. The property was excellent, very clean with a comfortable bed and bedding. Great big patio for lounging. Super location, close to restaurants and pizza places,vegan options. Airport and grocery stores close by. "
