"We got immediate access to the property which was spotless and as per the advert. We received a warm welcome to the property just after arrival. The rooms are a bit smaller than the pictures make out but maybe that was our imagination. Note the shower room is inside the main bedroom. The bunks are more for children of 14 years or below, our older teenagers struggled with their length. Even though the kitchen is small it had all you needed for breakfast & lunch. "Lovely location, nice cosy space for our family of three. Good kitchen facilities and ideal for our mini adventure in Drumnadrochit. Decor is a wee bit tired in the bedrooms and bathroom but the kitchen is fantastic with the fridge, freezer and induction hob. "Many thoughtful amenities. Sleeps an intimate two, not three as promised on both Expedia and another booking site. Host ignored Expedia message request for use of (non-existent) sofa bed and instead sent a direct email with door code. I booked 2 nights, tried to get ahold of someone to give us keys and instructions on how to check in and the phone number doesn't work.
