"We loved the house and being able to dock our boat all week was great. Public boat ramp right across the cove so it was only a couple mins by boat to house. Very quiet neighborhood and all the people in the area were friendly and welcoming. We did not realize that the garage was not accessible and that made unpacking the truck with a weeks work of cloths and food a little more difficult. "

"It was a perfect, secluded spot for my small family to gather and enjoy each others' company while being close to everything Chapel Hill has to offer. We enjoyed walking by the road leading to the house and I felt completely safe doing this at all hours. "My friends and I had a great time staying at the house. We had 4 cars and we're able to fit everything in the driveway. The house had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, and we were in short walking distance of a grocery store which was very convenient and helpful. "Wonderful home. Fantastic amenities. Endless possibilities for fun. The grill and Blackstone made cooking for a large group a breeze. Make sure to request the pool is heated prior to arrival if needed. The listing advertised a heated pool but this is an add on fee. "

"This is our thrid stay at this property and we are already booked to come back in 2026. It is a perfect place on a perfect & quiet location on Mayo Lake. Corey is an awesome and responsive host. "I wish I was here for better circumstances, but I needed a place to stay with my dog as my mom is being treated at Duke. My parents were able to stay someplace through Duke but because I had a dog I could not. Andrea was so helpful and accommodating and caring to me while I was here. "First time in a VRBO. Enjoyed stay, didn't like no mention of cleaning fees until checkout process during reservation. Cleaning fees doubled price of stay alone when compared to advertised price. Everything else was good to go."
