The Space:

Welcome to our spacious 3-story North Hills chalet, designed to comfortably accommodate up to eight guests. The open-concept main floor features a vaulted ceiling, large windows overlooking a peaceful creek, and a dedicated workspace. The modern, fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for group meals.



The home's unique layout provides ample space for everyone:

Top Floor: A private, attic-style primary suite with a plush king bed and a full en-suite bathroom.

Main Floor: The heart of the home with the living room, dining area, kitchen, a second bedroom, and a full bathroom.

Lower Level: An entertainment hub featuring a game room with a foosball table, a kitchenette/bar, the third bedroom with two queen beds, and a third full bathroom. This level has direct access to the back deck and yard.



Family-friendly amenities include a Pack ‘n Play and high chair, available upon request to make your travel easier.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire three-story home. Enjoy a seamless arrival with self check-in using a smart lock. Your private access includes all bedrooms and bathrooms, the game room, the back deck, and the fully fenced-in yard. Make yourself at home and enjoy the entire property to yourselves.

Nestled in the heart of North Raleigh, our chalet offers a tranquil escape with easy access to everything you need. You'll find yourself in a friendly, family-oriented neighborhood, perfect for a relaxing getaway. While the immediate surroundings are primarily residential, you're just a short drive from a variety of attractions. Explore the vibrant shops and dining options at nearby North Hills, a premier destination for shopping and entertainment, approximately a 10-minute drive away. For outdoor enthusiasts, Shelley Lake Park is a beautiful spot for a leisurely stroll or a family picnic, located about 15 minutes from the property. You can also discover local restaurants and cafes within a short driving distance. The neighborhood itself is known for its quiet streets and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for families and those seeking a peaceful retreat. Getting Around:

Getting around is easy from our North Hills Chalet! You'll find plenty of free parking right on the street. For those arriving by air, Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU) is about a 20-minute drive away. While public transit isn't extensive in this area, ride-sharing services are readily available. If you're planning on exploring downtown Raleigh, it's approximately a 15-20 minute drive, depending on traffic. This makes our chalet a convenient base for both local adventures and trips further afield.



Other Things to Note:

This is a three-story home and requires the use of stairs to access the top and lower levels, which may not be suitable for guests with mobility concerns.

The backyard is fully fenced, providing a private and secure space for you and your pets.

Beyond the fence, the property's yard slopes down to a natural, unfenced creek. We ask that all guests, especially those with young children, exercise caution when near this area.
