The beds were comfortable, even though I had to adjust the bed frame to get the mattress and box. Found a smoke detector missing a battery and later found the other smoke detectors not working. Grill was out of propane and absolutely filthy. You could only cook on half of the grill, due to the grill just not in good condition. Keurig did not work and had to be replaced. Dining table had a leg that was barely holding on and one of the chairs was missing parts and only a child could sit in it because it might come apart with an adult’s weight. There were at least half a dozen lights out through out the house. The light fixture by the entrance literally sparked and we were told not to turn it on. One bedroom had no closet door and the other had a closet door sitting inside the closet. The third floor stayed hot. Found a couple of vents that air was not coming out of. The house has electrical issues that must be addressed. Kitchen sink light fixture did not work even after light bulb was replaced. Dent and marks all over the house.
