Helen is full of adventure, all of which you will have easy access to while staying in this downtown condo. With Main Street just outside your front door, you can take a short walk to reach dozens of restaurants, shops, the Chattahoochee River, and much more. Adrenaline junkies can make the five-mile drive north to Screaming Eagle Aerial Adventures where you can go ziplining or cross the street to Unicoi Lake for fast-paced water sports. For those looking for a more quiet type of fun, head just over two miles north of the home to Innsbruck Resort & Golf Club.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
