"Although our room was very small, it worked for us for the 8 nights of our stay. We are grateful to the staff who immediately took care of the few requests we made ( wash cloths, ice, and extra towels). Since the room was so small we would have benefitted from having 1-2 hooks to hang towels and a soap dish in the shower. We also let them know the shower clogged after 1-2 minutes in the shower."

"My husband and I traveled to London during the hottest recorded summer. It was 80 degrees in our room when we arrived and it only got hotter. There is no AC making it hard to sleep at nights. I slept with a cold wet towel instead of blankets. This is a fluke situation for London weather but I wish I’d known before booking.

Only issue we had was that the sofa bed for my daughter was not made up on arrival, we requested this twice during the evening and said we’d do it if the bedding was somewhere in the room. When they eventually came all the bedding was actually within the folded up sofa bed already and would’ve taken us 5 mins if we’d known."
