"Hotel is conveniently located 10 minutes from airport. Rooms are very clean and staff are welcoming and friendly. Our flight was very early which meant we would miss the breakfast time, so staff offered us a box lunch instead if we preferred so we'd have something to eat early in the morning - very thoughtful. Taxi's are plentiful and the staff will order one for you if you choose. Overall, from location to price to amenities and customer service, you can't go wrong with this hotel."

"The retreat is stunning! Highly recommend. Beautiful rooms with incredible views of the surrounding hills, olive groves, and the valley. The staff is wonderful and the facility is immaculate. It’s a bit of a climb up the hill on a gravel road, but it’s easily navigable, and definitely worth visiting…you won’t regret it!"

Now on the negatives:
I had higher expectations for their breakfast, and unfortunately, the food quality and taste didn't meet.
Their gym is also underground and extremely musty. Decided not to work out after seeing it. "

"Close to the airport, about 15 minutes drive. Contemporary style, very clean room, staff very friendly and attentive.
If you would like to have a cold beer after a long flight you’re out of luck as this hotel serves no alcohol. The restaurant has a decent menu for an overnight stay, though. I will definitely stay there for my next overnight layover."

"had a wonderful stay at Ajwa Hotel Istanbul. The location is excellent—very close to many of the main attractions, making it easy to explore the city on foot.
The hotel restaurant was very good, and there are also plenty of great dining options nearby. I also experienced a traditional Turkish bath (hammam) at the hotel, which was a highlight of my stay.
What truly stood out was the staff—everyone was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful throughout my visit. I would definitely recommend this...

"I stayed here twice - in September 2025 and again in May 2026 - and both stays were excellent.
The staff are warm and professional, and the location is good for sightseeing by taxi, though less ideal for walking since the hotel sits on a hill. Nişantaşı is about 15 minutes away on foot, Dolmabahçe Palace around 10 minutes downhill, and Taksim Square roughly 15 minutes away.
