"Heat pump is dead, the carpets need attention, as you open the doors, they was a bad smell of either moisture or unclean carpets or maybe doors were never opened for a while. The reception staff were so helpful. If those areas I mentioned are taken into consideration and addressed, it is a good place ..."

"We greatly enjoyed our stay at Hatepe. Such a treasure of a place. The bach was also iconic kiwi, great place to unwind, do a puzzle, read a book. Wish I could of stayed longer, highly recommend"
