Some cobwebs between beams & in windows which we used a duster to move those above the bed. The bushes by the main entrance could also do with a trim as encroach on the door way when passing through. Some teas, coffees, biscuits and fresh milk was a nice touch as well as the a little freezer with the fridge. Easy to park in little car...

"Great location. Excellent for walking into the city. Felt safe there and no issues whatsoever with noise. Communication excellent with owner Martin. The flat is a little worn and I would remove the word amazing from the description. Carpet in hallway needs replacing. Microwave inner was undesirable. Floor tiles in bathroom are loose.

"Really cosy and an ideal location. The only negatives were, Parking was a bit of a challenge and the bed was a bit bobbly bedding wise. Other than those a fantastic property which has everything you need for a comfortable stay."

"Great communication. Problem with the key card sorted really easily and quickly"

"Came here for a event stay. Really handy for Bradford city centre."
