"The Arc Harrogate is a small but fantastic hotel. There were detailed instructions sent to me about everything before I arrived and I had a lovely warm welcome from the owner. The parking is on street parking, but the hotel provided the necessary permits, complete with a photo of how to display them and details of what time the parking ran out. "Stayed for 2 nights whilst visiting Harrogate. Very friendly welcome and soon checked in. Nice neat room with big bed and lots of tea/coffee supplies. Room overall was very clean but a bit tired in places and could have done with a bit of updating. Breakfast was fantastic with a huge choice of cereals/fruit and cooked dishes."
