"The hotel is a business stay with all the required installations in a nice enivroment. The lobby seems to be always crowded and this makes the service in this area lacking personality. The rooms are very nice, however a bit small for this category of hotel. It is very well located for tourism purposes close to major shopping areas and the western lake."

"杭州千岛湖高铁站下车打车到酒店80元，也有接驳车15一位，家庭出行打车方便省事。酒店地理位置不错，紧邻天屿山，过马路就是天屿山入口啦，期待看日落的朋友可以选择这家酒店。泳池也很nice,水质不评价，只能说我不满意，但是泳池景色无敌。最不理想的是酒店没有餐厅，只提供早餐，剩下只能靠外卖或者出去吃"

Balcony was so good for viewing the full of Qiandao Hu (lake) incl. sunrise & sunset, and as well as for drying the laundry, very convenient 3. Indoor/outdoor swimming pool very relaxing, also can be enjoyed the hot spring 4. Breakfast was great, the space was huge, foods were varying and delicious, incl. Chinese/Western/Hot/Cool/salt/sweet etc 5. Walkable at the night around the hotel and lake "

"From all the places I have been to in China, this place just stands out on top. The staff were super helpful, and everyone I talked to there could speak English. Here I want to make a special mention of Sunny and Evan at reception. They went out of their way to help us with rebooking our room, and to know more about the area and activities.
