Staff were very friendly and helpful.... a pleasure to talk to.
Restaurant was warn and inviting....especially with the log burners. Although a few more vegetarian options on the menu would have been great."

"Spacious off-street parking behind the hotel. A warm welcome and efficient staff. Clean, neat room and ensuite. Lots of hot water, soft towels. Comfortable bed. Nicely cooked breakfast with excellent eggs, bacon and toast, coffee and juice (other options available). Staff deserve a special commendation - there was an unexpected power cut in that part of town in the morning, but they managed to serve an excellent hot breakfast with no fuss or delays. Thank you!"
