"This is our second time visiting Georgetown and our first time staying at this hotel. The location of Executive Suites in Belair is unbeatable. There are very few places in Georgetown where you feel safe and where everything is clean, and Belair is one of them. "The attention and support we received from the manager was second to none. This was a work trip and a stay of several days. My team doesn't speak English, but Vanessa made herself understood and provided a lot of support so the engineers wouldn't have any problems with transportation or finding groceries. The place was very comfortable and very safe."

"My comments regarding my stay are as follows: I traveled for business, so I needed a good place to stay. First, the hotel is not as it appears in the photos. Second, the elevator seems very outdated, like something from the 1980s, and is in poor condition. The breakfast was extremely limited, with little variety, and it was prepared in a style that was quite spicy and not suitable for all tastes. The rooms are small and had an unpleasant odor. I would suggest being more consistent with what you actually offer, as there is a clear difference between what is shown in the photos and the reality. Additionally, there was a lot of noise from outside—people shouting and speaking loudly—which made it difficult to rest. Thank you"
