"Breakfast was ok, could have some more varieties in food, juices/hot brewages as there was only 2 types of teas and coffee. Not black tea just 2 herbal teas. Pool is excellent! Changing areas not in service as the hotel is fairly new so many things are still not up and running yet. Staff is very nice but needs a lot of training in being hands on as mentioned hotel is new so there are still in training...very friendly staff though. Always willing and helpful to go the extra mile."

"The house we were supposed to stay in got cancelled after we landed in Guyana, and the owner let us stay here on short notice and basically saved our vacation! The house is in a convenient location between Cheddi Jagan and Georgetown. The beds are comfortable, AC gets really cold, ceiling fan in the sitting room and stand fan in the bedroom."

"Hot water at the sink needs to be fixed or inform guests that there is no hot water there. Also inform guests that they have to physically turn on the hot water and wait before showing. "

"I was disappointed with breakfast, no variety; eggs and sausage, bake and Saltfish, eggs and plantain, tuna/ cheese sandwiches, tea coffee or mixed juice, melon, pineapple each on specific mornings. No cereal boxed/cooked, no pancakes, no choice in the preparation of eggs (fried sunny side up, boiled, poached) just scrambled. I am of the opinion that having paid for breakfast one should be given the opportunity to chose what they preferred."

"We had no hot water for 6 nights. Staff stated that solar was not working and due to holiday maintenance was not available. I complained to front desk from day we checked in (Thursday) but was told manager will be in following Tuesday. Upon checking out I requested partial refund or another night. We were comped one more night in a different room that had hot water. This shows that we could have been moved to a different room that had hot water but no one notified us of this. No one is...

"Solo trip. Stayed here for a full week and had a great experience. Only one minor complaint. This place was exactly as shown in the photos. The location is central, yet very quiet and residential, which would make it easy/ comfortable to relax with a family or large group. The premises and pool were extremely clean and well maintained. On site security who open and closes the gate for you. Would definitely stay here again. Definitely recommend. Bobby was very helpful. Only minor complaint is...

"Just got back from a week at 592 Hospitality. The staff were so helpful and friendly, they were always available for any questions we had. The building was clean and secure and I loved the location! Smooth check-in even though it was the middle of the night. Would recommend and will definitely be staying here again. "
