"The property was conveniently located near Valley Forge, The King of Prussia Mall and connecting expressways to New Jersey and Downtown Philadelphia. The breakfast was good and parking was easy. We had asked for a crib which did not appear until our second night at the property, although we had reserved it in advance. On our last night some sludge creeped into our bathtub. The maintenance folks showed up the following day. We were offered to change rooms, but the new room didn't meet our needs....

"Let me preface this by saying that the staff was polite and incredibly professional and the room was extremely clean. But whoever designed this hotel should be sentenced to spending time there. The electrical outlets are not in convenient places. (I had to move the coffee maker to the restroom because that was the only counter space within the cord's reach of an outlet.) "The staff at front check-in are very helpful. However a few things caught me by surprise. There is no microwave oven in the room, and some of the furniture needs updating or replacing as the ottoman and sofa was worn in room 417. Don’t think they had a pool., and buffet breakfast runs $15.99 unless purchased in advance. Parking is free and literally next to the King of Prussia mall. Like a few tenths of a mile."

"Outdated. Floors outside not vacuumed. Side door is propped open all the time so anyone can sneak in from there without a card key. Pillows are bricks. Spring beds with that plastic covering you find in a dorm room or prison bed. The fan that circulates the air from the living to bedroom did not work, so I had to sleep in hot heat. Sink's drain plug was half assed fixed with blue tape. Price for what you get sucks, but unfortunately it's the cheapest option around there."
