"The room was as clean as it could be considering its generally deteriorated condition. The staff was also really nice and pleasant. The breakfast was as expected. What I wasn't prepared for was how run down the property was, including trash, torn wall paper, and rusted trash bins. I do think the staff/cleaning team are really working hard. It's just the property itself--old, tired, and a bit smelly."

"Staying at this hotel was a disappointing experience. When we first checked in, there was no one at the registration desk. I had to go find the clerk in the adjoining office. Then when he came out, it was a very slow process and he asked me if we really needed 2 beds (which is what I purchased). I asked for extra pillows, which I never got and when I went down to ask about that and the parking, there was a sign saying that he would be back in a bit. Other people were waiting in line too. "These particular hotels are not made for one night visits, they are definitely for those who need to stay for a week or longer. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean but… for some reason when we were there it was a bit noisy with doors slamming after midnight and children playing upstairs. I think they advertise a breakfast which is a danish and coffee. Overall, it is a sufficient place to stay, but next time I think we will stick to hotels that are geared to one night stays ."

"The building was well built, but there were unfortunately many issues with the property. This is obviously a spot for weddings, bar mitzvahs, sports events etc. and as a result, you feel like most guests are there to burn it down one night and leave. Screaming everywhere all the time. The "Hook and Ladder" bar/ steakhouse had no reservations and people were elbow to elbow screaming at each other. The downstairs bar had 5 or 6 seats and a hundred of people wanting to order a drink. Just not...

"We loved our 2 night stay in this atrium style hotel. The lobby area downstairs is beautiful and the rooms are spacious and well distributed. The hotel is a little dated but still very clean and up to par. Excellent area surrounding as well."

"Location is great and staff is very helpful but rooms are so dated. The carpet in my room had duct tape in spots. The toilet is so low that it almost hurts your needs. Kitchen appears to have been upgraded but mattress probably has not been in 15 years."
