Welcome to Lagoon Landing #302, your very own little slice of paradise! This charming, beach-themed condo is the perfect home base to explore the local area of Gulf Shores. Inside, you'll come across a bright interior with beach-themed decorations throughout. If you come back home hungry, the fully-equipped kitchen will make cooking a breeze with all of its modern appliances and space. Then, you all can unwind and enjoy a relaxing time in the living room snuggling up on the couch or in the furnished balcony. This balcony features an outdoor dining area in case you'd like to enjoy your meals al fresco. Lagoon Landing offers an outdoor shower that will be wonderful when you come back from the beach; rinse off the sand and then throw your swimming trunks or bathing suit into the private washer/dryer for a quick clean up. The shared outdoor pool available is a great perk and will be your best friend during warm days if the beach is too packed.

With deeded beach access across the street and direct access to Little Lagoon, this beach-cation retreat has it all. This home is a tenth-of-a-mile from the public Lagoon Pass, where there are great fishing areas. It's also the perfect place to relax and enjoy unforgettable sunsets. The nearby pavilion features multiple grilling areas for guest use, and this home is close to The Hangout area. Highway 59 is home to several family-friendly attractions including Waterville USA, Tiki's Mini-Golf & Bike Rentals, Pirate's Island Adventure Golf, and the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, all within four miles of this home. Seven miles away is the popular Gulf State Park with 28 miles of trails (15 of which make up the Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail), fishing, swimming, and paddling opportunities at Lake Shelby, and an on-site dog park. Outdoor enthusiasts will have the time of their lives there. For a more thrilling experience, The Wharf (nine and a half miles) offers a family-friendly nightlife option with dining, boutique shopping, live events, a Ferris wheel, a movie theater, and mini-golf. Less than 12 miles away is The Pass in Orange Beach, a scenic pavilion with an excellent location for those who enjoy seafood, white sand beaches, fishing, temperate ocean waters; it's a great place to sit down and admire the kayaks and boats going through.

Perfect Spot

Plenty of room for our group of six. Pier to Little Lagoon, pool, and beach access right across the street. Quick access to Gulf State Park, restaurants, souvenirs, etc.

The condo itself wasnt bad. I wish i did a little more due diligence before booking as we didnt actually have beach view and could really only see the ocean in the horizon. The pool area is of course smaller as it is only for the building. Elevator was extremely slow. Overall, we had a good stay.

Great location

This was a great location on the top floor. Super parking. Pretty clean. Wish it had extra supplies like trash bags and more detergent to wash the towels not just enough for the sheets we were informed to begin washing before we left.

Cute but needs some repairs

We loved the coastal decor and the private balcony. My two granddaughters, ages eight and twelve, loved the loft. However, there are repairs needed in this unit. The washing machine poured in only hot water on the cold water setting, a kitchen cabinet door hung off of its hinge and lamps in almost every room didn’t work.

Great Property

There were 3 of us and we loved the roominess of the condo. It is on the 3rd floor so the elevator is a game changer. It is also, as advertised, across the street from the beach. It is decorated so cute on the inside and the tv and Wi-Fi worked perfectly and the beds were very comfortable. I dropped one star because 1. Although we didn’t need them, there were no beach chairs to be found, 2. there was a thick coat of dust on the slats on the inside door to the a/c unit. Also, one of my friends sat on the rug in the living room and the backside of her pants were filthy when she got up. I contacted management about these two things because I thought they should know that whoever they’re paying to clean the condo is not doing a thorough job. 3. Both bathroom sinks were very slow to drain. All in all, though, I can recommend this unit. Just bring your own beach chairs.

Fisherman’s paradise

We enjoyed the stay, the location is great- we rented units at Lagoon Landing several times and enjoy it! My husband loves fishing so it was a perfect spot for him fishing from the pier and me going to the beach right across the road. The kitchen was equipped with all the necessary stuff and we loved cooking our own meals.

Great stay

The place has been very well kept and was spotless at check in. A few things to note is bring a extra trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels if you plan on staying more that 2 nights. Another thing to note it the stair well is a bit steep for little ones and we had to keep close watch of our 3 year old. Access to the beach was a so nice. The walkway puts you directly onto fluffy sand with plenty of shore line to set up. Our family had an amazing time, it was so great having washer and dryer in the space so we could wash clothes. Would recommend.

Great Visit

We stayed in Lagoon Landing with another couple and their 2 kids (ages 7 and 3), so 7 people (4 adults, 2 kids and and a baby). The young kids stayed in the loft which they loved. The private boardwalk to the beach was a great amenity and made for quick entrance/exit onto the beach. The beach wasn't great (because of seaweed), but it is not a very busy part of the beach so there was plenty of space. The pool for the kids was great after going to the beach and we enjoyed going onto the lagoon side for some fishing and relaxing. The condo is a little outdated in terms of appliances and utensils, but worked out great for us. I would say the one downside is it is on the 3rd floor which makes for nice views, but is a pain loading/unloading the car. There is an elevator though if you choose to use it, though stairs are closer. Beds were comfortable and overall it was a great stay. I would absolutely stay in Lagoon Landing again!

Great Beach Get Away

The property is in a great location but a little dated. The electrical outlets in the kitchen were inoperative. An electrician finally came out on the third day of our vacation and had to install 3 new outlets. Until then we had to hook up the coffee pot in one of the bathrooms. The drains in the bath tubs are clogged and take about an hour to drain. The hair dryer only blows cold air. Needl as to say it does not dry your hair. The property is right across the street from the beach which made it passable.

I emailed the property manager and asked a question, never got a reply. Check-in was great. The unit was not the worst we’ve ever stayed and definitely not the best. It served it's purpose but I wouldn’t stay here again. The condo was older and the best way I can describe it was it was, stained. As much as someone could try and clean the place, it’s just can get clean looking. For example, the counter tops were old and stained, the light switches were discolored, the walls were stained and discolored. The showers, tubs and sinks were just stained and discolored. The place just needs to be updated. The handrails inside the unit were just discolored and stained. Tiles on the floor are cracked, blinds didn’t work properly and sliding glass door in bedroom was very difficult to open and close. Patio furniture was all old and rusted, definitely not ideal. All blankets, couch, chair and pillows were stained and just worn. Not ideal. I have never left a negative review and as negative as this sounds, it’s accurate so it is what it is. The place was meh.
