All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This fulfilled our needs perfectly. The location was exactly what we wanted. There were, however, a couple of things that could have been improved on. The first thing was one of the beds looked as if it had been slept in. If we had needed the second bed I would have washed the sheets before using. The second thing was the lock on the door was very difficult to use. It took me several tries to get it to lock/unlock every time. My husband had better luck than I did, but he had problems too. It also could use a little refreshing. Having said all this, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Summer at the beach.

Nice location. Right on the beach. The condo was cute and perfect for us. Other than the construction going on in the room beside us, the stay was nice.
