"The location is great, and the apartment is nice and clean. However, I wish the key pick-up location was next door. I didn’t understand why it was three blocks away when there was another location just two apartments down. This was my only complaint. Management should consider moving the key pick-up closer to the apartment. Other than that, our stay was wonderful, and the place was amazing!""

"We loved staying in Madrid. As for the accommodation, the location was fantastic! I gave it a 3/5 because the check in process was not smooth and although AC was listed in the ad, it was actually just two small fans and that is not the same thing!!!! We had to keep the windows open to stay tolerably cooled off and that was super loud with the people out on the streets in the city so for that reason it wasn’t as great as it could have been. "
