"Such a charming hotel, centrally located in downtown. We stayed for 5 nights. Everyone was super friendly! Breakfast was good, the same variety every day, and the buffet was always replenished. The lounge/tables/restaurant area is beautiful.
There are 2 things I would like to see as improvements to make this hotel even better:
1) set up a coffee station in the lobby that goes beyond breakfast hours, maybe until 4pm, especially on weekends.
2) the frosted bathroom door—pretty but very...

"We came from Michigan for a concert and the staff were so friendly and helpful! We had a small issue one day getting back into our room because the key scanner thing needed new batteries but they fixed it promptly! The rooms were super clean, beds were comfy, shower was hot, breakfast was great both days. If we’re ever back in Greensboro we will be staying here again!"
