"My Grandma was in town due to my Grandpa being airlifted to the hospital in critical condition; all other family lives states away. My Grandma was utterly exhausted and unfamiliar with the area so I booked her hotel. The front desk concierge was unbelievably helpful, he went above and beyond our expectations by ensuring my Grandma's check in was seamless, he helped her get to her room, and then he contacted me to reassure me she made it safely. He was a shining light to our terrible situation....

"The room was great! Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. You get a coupon for a free Popsicle when you check in. We had a delicious dinner at the pool and got to enjoy the hot tub after a long drive before going over to a concert downtown. Location is great, parking was easy and free. Bed was comfortable with heavy curtains for privacy and sleeping in! "
