"Gene came to the rescue after a previous venue cancelled a reservation a week before the planned date.His house comfortably hosted all 20 of us.The cabinets and switches in the living room and kitchen area was all clearly marked.Beds were comfortable, and the bunk bed mattresses are larger than expected.The location was quiet yet convenient.Gene himself was very responsive as a host, answering all of our questions and concerns in a prompt manner.This is definitely a venue I would reserve again...

"Amazing host! Very good communication. The place was perfect, exactly as the pictures showed. Very beautiful home. We were in town for night of lights and the home is about a mile away so easy to get to downtown historic area and back. Neighborhood was not the best and we were worried at first but did not have any issues. We will return! "

The bedrooms were nice size, the neighborhood was kid friendly but quiet. The hostess, Jessica, was readily available for my questions or concerns, which weren’t many. I would definitely recommend. "
