"We loved the quiet neighborhood (though a train runs right by - but didn't really bother us). The views from everywhere out back and on the porch were very relaxing. We loved being able to throw the kayaks easily in the water. We went 1 or 2 times every day we were there. Had it been cooler we would have definitely enjoyed the fire pit. Amazingly enough there were little to no mosquitos or gnats which surprised us being right on the water. Great stay!"

"We had 10 adults and 2 kids. Plenty of room. The listing is exactly what is on this site. It was well stocked. Usually we have to go buy something at every vacation rental. This one we did not. Beautiful house. Beautiful yard. "

"We stayed in Vilano Beach & thought we would try to be close to downtown for a couple nights. Not as close as we had hoped, but everything was neat, clean & as described. "

"The house is exactly as described. It was a quiet and comfortable place to stop and relax. The owner and I spoke and she was cordial, friendly and supportive. This is a very good place for a couple or two to rest and walk to the beach. Nice restaurant and pier nearby as well as a good Publix."

"Perfect place to unwind in a quiet neighborhood. Minutes away from everything. Tastefully decorated and has everything you need. Parking is the only downsid. We adored this pefect little spot. "

"A beautiful small cottage. Small but roomy. We only had two people but 4 could easily be comfortable. Quiet lovely neighborhood with easy walkability to many restaurants and sights. Lincolnville is interesting all by itself. We went to the Cultural History Museum a few blocks away as well as just touring the neighborhood historical markers. "First impressions of the house were great. The primary bedroom was on the opposite side of the house away from the secondary rooms, so every could have their own spaces to relax.The house was clean and located in a quite part of the neighborhood. We were within a 5 minute walk to the beach or the local restaurants (Aunt Kates and Reefs). It was so easy to take in a sunrise at the beach or sunset from the docks at Aunt Kates restaurant.We would definently stay here again."

"This cute little couples cottage was right on the edge of everything. A half mile walk to the trolly. Just far enough away you can escape from the craziness. The house is decorated super cute and the primary bed was so comfy. We would definitely stay here again!"
