Coastal Classy is the setting for every Florida vacation experience. Spread out in 1750sf at this 3BD/2.5BA private home that is nestled in the heart of Vilano Beach - Fit 8 people spaciously. Take full advantage of the 5-min walk to the beach, 5-min walk to the intracoastal to explore sunsets, 15-min drive to Downtown St. Augustine. Private backyard with great outdoor space. Where convenience and high-end comfort meets at the Coastal Classy abode.

Master Bedroom: King Bed with ensuite Master Bathroom including shower (sleeps 2).
Guest Bedroom 1: Queen Bed with ensuite Master Bathroom including jetted tub (sleeps 2).
Guest Bedroom 2: 2 x Twin Beds (sleeps 2)
Front Room: 2 x Pull out sofa Twin Beds (sleeps 2)
Kitchen: We have all the kitchen essentials, including an island with 4 stools.
Dining Room: 8-person dining table perfect for home cooked meals with the family.

The driveway can accommodate 3 standard vehicles + garage can fit 2 vehicles.

14th Street has a public beach access that is a 3-min walk from the home.

Usina Public Boat Ramp is located 3-mins from the property. The driveway is boat trailer-friendly **(Contact us prior to bringing your boat for more details) **

If traveling with pets - must get pre-approval and pay $148.00 pet fee (dogs only - max 4 dogs).

5 stars – Fantastic house and perfect location!This house was exactly what we needed for our St. Augustine getaway. The place was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of room for our group. We spent a ton of time on the huge deck and in the large, private backyard soaking up the sun—both were real highlights and felt like our own oasis.Location is unbeatable: tucked away on a quiet, safe street with almost no traffic, yet literally 5 minutes from Publix, gas stations, restaurants, and downtown St. Augustine. The owners stock the house with everything you could want for the beach—wagon, tons of chairs and recliners, toys, you name it. It made our beach days so much easier.Check-in and communication were smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend this property—great house, great setup, great spot. We’d definitely stay here again!

A great location, just a five minute walk to the beach and the same to the intercoastal. You can also walk to Aunt Kate's for dinner. Great shell hunting. The house is very comfortable, especially if you have kids.

Vilano Beach Vacation

First impressions of the house were great. The primary bedroom was on the opposite side of the house away from the secondary rooms, so every could have their own spaces to relax.The house was clean and located in a quite part of the neighborhood. We were within a 5 minute walk to the beach or the local restaurants (Aunt Kates and Reefs). It was so easy to take in a sunrise at the beach or sunset from the docks at Aunt Kates restaurant.We would definently stay here again.

Pleasantly decorated, great location to everything

Very comfortable and nicely decorated. The neighbors flood light lit up our bedroom, so, we had to use cardboard cover one window.

Quiet Neighborhood

We had a nice quiet and relaxing stay. The home was spacious and the beds were comfy. Having streaming on the tv was a plus. There is a great restaurant within walking distance that is enjoyed by many of the locals.Sometimes the water pressure went very low but picked up again in a short time. We recommend this to anyone visiting Vilano Beach.

Perfect Stay

Great spot- perfect for our family on a quick stay. Super close to the beach, quiet and friendly neighborhood, and very easy to get to downtown St. Augustine. Host was super helpful and very responsive. Highly recommend- we will be back!

A Good House that could be Great

My wife and I stayed at Coastal Classy 2-8 Dec 2024. The house is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood with very little traffic. It's two blocks to the Intracoastal Waterway. In the other direction, it's maybe 2-1/2 blocks to the beach, and there is beach access right at the end of the street, which is great. Five minutes tops walking to the beach. The beach was empty during our visit, but the weather was on the cool side. Totally worth the visit just for the beach.This house is nice. We didn't use all the bedrooms during this visit, but the main bedroom bed is comfortable, and the room is a good size. The backyard is nice, and the fenced yard is a plus, as we were able to bring our two small dogs and let them wander. In the house, we spent most of our time in the big family room, and the couch is comfy.I gave this house four stars. It needs a little love, and that's what is keeping it from five stars. Only one pot in the kitchen to cook with, and no broiler pan. We tend to eat about half our dinners during the week in our rental house, so we had to be creative with cooking. Blind hanging from the slider in the kitchen needs upgraded or removed. Drinkware could use an upgrade, most all of it looks tired, especially the plastics. One deck railing was broken, and needs to be replaced.We'd stay here again because of the great location.

Very nice home

The home was very comfortable for our family. After spending the days in St. Augustine it was nice to come back to. Beach was a few minute walk. Very large sandy and somewhat secluded. The only issue was the microwave did not work. Furnishings were great. Quiet neighborhood.

June Family Wedding Stay

My wife and I and our two sons and their ladies stayed for 5 nights. Great place for the wedding which was only 20 minutes away. Spent one day on the beach and it was perfect. Another day in St Augustine for wedding welcome party - very close.

Winter in Florida !

Home was wonderful. Very nice design with master bedroom separate from two other bedrooms. Great back space with high fence for our puppy. Short walk to beach and intercoastal and 4 blocks to Aunt Kate’s restaurant with great fresh seafood. Will definitely stay again in the future.

Happy New Year

My husband and I met friends from Florida to welcome in the New Year. The house was very comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. The beds were super comfy. There are several big tvs which allowed us to have football in one room and basketball in the other. The beach was a short walk away and very beautiful. It was a quiet neighborhood and we were happy to have a peaceful, relaxing home after site-seeing all day in St. Augustine. There was a nice fenced-in yard which was perfect for our little dog. I highly recommend!

Great Place

Just as advertised. Great location and backyard. Beautiful home. Very quiet neighborhood. The walkable beach accesses off 13th and 14th streets were wiped put by the hurricane, but there is a great walkover with plenty of parking two minutes away. Would definitely stay again!!

Wonderful house by the beach

Had a short but wonderful stay at this beautiful open home. Loved the layout and the screened porch and backyard. The owners had excellent communication and when we accidentally damaged something they were very understanding and sent someone right away to take care of it. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home which met all of our needs. Listing was just as advertised if not more

There was a nor’easter storm the Friday and Saturday of our stay. Upon arrival we were without power, the property manager, when contacted well after hours offered to make a 40 min drive to bring candles for lighting. All in the party(7) really enjoyed the comfort of home away from home. We were welcomed by a neighbor walking by. We will definitely look into this property when in the area again.
