Marshfront Birders Paradise near Alligator Farm

Summary:
Enjoy the picture window overlooking the tidal marsh where you can birdwatch for hours; great blue herons, roseate spoonbills and countless other birds are in their natural habitat in our back yard. Our home is located on a tidal marsh in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in St. Augustine. Conveniently situated between downtown and the beaches, it's easy to visit points of interest including the Alligator Farm, St. Augustine Lighthouse and Anastasia State Park.

The Space:
There are three queen bedrooms: one master with en-suite bathroom with tub, and two queen bedrooms which share a hall bath with stand up shower. Our large, fully-equipped kitchen with peninsula island opens up into the bright living room with plenty of natural light and spectacular views of the tidal marsh. The dining room has enough seating for 6 to enjoy a nice home cooked meal. Feel free to use our grill and patio as well!

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home, fenced- in yard, and patio. Keyless entry.

The Neighborhood:
Our quiet, residential neighborhood is conveniently located between the beaches and downtown St. Augustine on Anastasia Island. Walking distance to the Alligator Farm and a short drive to the Lighthouse, Anastasia State Park, St. Augustine Beach and downtown St. Augustine.

Getting Around:
There are a few points of interest within walking distance but you will likely want to have a car to explore all of St. Augustine while you are here.

Pets are allowed ONLY with prior approval. Pet fees apply. Unauthorized pets will incur additional pet fees.
Pet Policy: For the safety and comfort of your pets please do not leave your pets unattended inside the property at any time.

Our neighborhood is mostly made up of long term residents who live here year-round. Excessive noise and parties at any hour are STRICTLY prohibited and quiet hours are enforced. If noise complaints are received we will be forced to notify police. Thank you for your cooperation.

📌NOTE: If your stay is 21 days or longer, $100 will be added to your cleaning fee to accommodate a deep cleaning. We will coordinate payment upon booking!
