"Very cute hotel. I arrived late and self check in was easy. They also left instructions for a place to eat at 9:30 pm which was great. The hotel is on a busy road but I never heard the traffic. There restaurant opened early which was great (6am) as I had an international flight to catch."

After a long flight and difficult trip from Brisbane Airport, I arrived expecting a straightforward check-in process but instead found there was no reception area, only a sign directing me to use an app. For someone who mainly uses a phone for calls and emails, this was extremely confusing and stressful.
