"The rooms are infested with ants in the bathrooms and some in the front of the hotel. No microwaves and they dont have a phone number thay works so you can call the front desk. Thats not professional at all. I recommend only staying here if you have no choice. They went inside my room before checkout just because they didn't see me. Not professional at all. I LOVE the area and the pizza spot downstairs, this place includes other perks also like BOGO well drink downstairs. Big Gay Sal’s pizza also does room service. I have never felt so at home away from home. 10/10 recommend, HIGHLY recommend"

"The hotel is perfect for Cubs fans, nothing more convenient. Very clean, nice shower & bathroom. Beds are comfortable. Staff is friendly. For the price, not worth it for people who aren’t going to games. The room doesn’t have a fridge or coffee maker. Hotel bar is very cool, but also costly. "

"YES, the breakfast was good. The room was clean. We were very surprised with payed parking! We gave $32 for 24 hours but our stay was only 17 hours! Never nobody requires a payment for hotel stay!"

"Check in took a bit longer than expected which seemed to be due to staffing issues. The room was clean and ready for us upon check in. The parking available through the hotel and also the long-term airport parking were a bit confusing for our stay and we left for our trip still unsure of if we were in the correct parking area. Overall we would stay again and would like to use the pool next time!"
