"Really disappointed with this stay. The hotel is grossly overpriced, especially if you don't plan on using the facilities. Even with an exorbitant nightly rate, we still had to pay a resort fee which should have been included in that rate. If you are a person who wants to take advantage of the sports complex then this is a good hotel for you but if you're looking just for a nice hotel, this isn't it. The pool was so packed we couldn't even use it. This is a complex that is open to the public...

"The beds were comfortable. Pool was nice. The rest was just mediocre. Water station was broken. Elevator was super hot and super slow. The bathroom side mirror fell off the wall and smashed, I had to ask again 3 hours later for someone to come clean it up. Hallways were dirty. There’s more “elite” and “points” parking spots than regular. The price was affordable for NU graduation weekend but I wouldn’t stay here again."
