"Great hotel! Convenient transport to O’Hare every 15 minutes. Comfy beds. I love the ability to control the TV from your phone. Only slight beef is the lack of a shower door. This is becoming really common and I’m personally not a fan. I get that it prevents mold and makes it easy to clean but wowza! is it cold in the morning! "The COOLEST place to stay. Quiet, has everything you could ever possibly need, and gives you the opportunity to meet new people! Ray has an incredible collection of pretty much everything, so you never get bored of looking around. The staff were all so welcoming, and made us feel taken care of every step of the way. The bed was so comfortable and we had all the space and accommodations we needed! Thank you Ray’s, we hope to see you all again when we’re next in Chicago! "

"The room was as expected, perfectly clean and the staff were courteous and friendly. The room did have a slight issue as the bathroom had a sliding door that wouldn't close all the way. We used a hand towel to stuff under it to make sure it wouldn't open on us. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The only surprise came with a $25 fee for overnight parking, which I didn't notice prior to booking, but that may have been on me. Overall, a very comfortable bed and nice stay."

"Love this hotel. Only stayed for a long weekend but was very happy. Clean rooms, staff were always friendly and very approachable. The only negative was that the room did not have a microwave. Centrally located to everything. Shopping and food were within walking distance. Also, I recommend that you download the App. Keyless entry and check in was so convenient. Highly recommend."
