Sunsets and sandy toes on the creek in Palm Beach!

Relax with the whole family on your own sandy beach in this lovely and original canal front beauty.
Located in the heart of buzzing Palm Beach on the GC, you will find this peaceful gem of a home.
With large pool and deck overlooking the beautiful Tallebudgera creek, paddle boards and bbq all for your use, you will not want to leave!
Set up with everything to enjoy the outdoor lifestyle our home is perfect to take time out and explore the beaches and the creeks of the Gold coast.
The moment you enter this light filled, ORIGINAL creek side home you sense a calm and relaxed energy. This place is all about making beautiful memories with friends and family. It is very rare to find a Palm Beach property with the experience of being on the water and housing up to 9 people.

Our house is located on a quiet residential street with off street parking.
On entering you arrive into the main living space and lounge area with flat screen tv and massive comfy / low couch. There is an awesome bar in the middle that’s perfect for making cocktails or coffees, (there is a Breville Barista Express ready and waiting) whilst looking out to the pool and creek beyond..

The kitchen with huge island bench, brand new Fisher & Paykel French door fridge with water and ice and brand new Westinghouse double oven is a cooks delight. There is no working range hood but the space is perfect for hosting and cooking in a communal atmosphere. Many a wonderful celebration has been served from this kitchen! And wow the view!

The dining area is just next to the kitchen and leads out onto the oversized deck with a gorgeous table and benches almost 3m long that fits 10 people at least.

The deck is the winning area of this home in that it overlooks the pool, Tallebudgera creek and your own white, sandy beach area. It faces West and so every night is a spectacular sunset from your gorgeous daybed that’s big enough to sleep 2!

The bbq area is next to the day bed with a high top bar for all your prep needs with a large beer and wine fridge underneath. Soak up the magnificent view of the pool and creek whilst turning those sausages!

The pool is large and sparkling with a little shallow section for small people and glass pool fence to highlight your surroundings.

The white Sandy beach is accessed by a gate in the garden, please make sure this is closed at all times for safety reasons but otherwise enjoy your own private beach and clear turquoise ocean creek!

We swim all the time off the beach and paddle board up and down the creek. Be mindful you are just around the corner from the ocean access at the Tallebudgera mouth so you are sharing the water with all sorts of sea life! Paddle boards and canoe are located underneath the pool in the storage cupboard accessed from the beach.

The creek is tidal and so at the end of each day you must put away all chairs and water craft (basically anything you have been using on the beach) as it WILL float away when the tide comes up overnight.
The direct creek access and beach is a very special aspect to the house and we want you to enjoy it, just please be mindful of noise levels as there are neighbours close by.

The master bedroom is separated from the other bedrooms on one side of the house with its own ensuite. This bathroom with bath and shower however can be accessed from the main living space as-well as the bedroom. There is also a walk in wardrobe. The spa bath is not in working order for guests but you can use it as a normal bath.

The 3 other bedrooms are off the main living area and down the corridor next to the second bathroom that has a shower and small bath perfect for the kids.

The separate laundry is at the end with washer and dryer and plenty of hanging space for those beach towels.

Please be aware this is NOT a newly renovated house, it has original kitchen cupboards and bench tops, original floors, original bathrooms and original pool / deck and has been tastefully furnished to enjoy your time in a relaxed atmosphere. She’s an oldy but a goody!

Best with a car but centrally located you are 2 minutes away in the car from 19th Ave shops where there is Woolworths, Wholefooods Organic Pantry, BWS, Chemist, Firm & Fresh fruit and veg shop, Butcher and all the amenities you will need during your stay.

You are also a few minutes drive from Tallebudgera Creek beach, Burleigh Heads, Palm Beach and Currumbin beach so you really have the best of the GC on your door step.

Brilliant location

Had a great stay at palm beach, loads of space, well equipped, pool is great and the deck/ beach area is such a bonus. We all enjoyed the paddleboard and canoe. Hopefully we can return one day!

Home Away From Home

You know how with some holiday homes, you have to buy salt, pepper, etc... because either the cleaner, or the people before you took them. Well... this is not the case here, the kitchen was well supplied with almost everything and there was even lovely shower wash for us in the bathrooms. This house is such a lovely space full of love. We could not have asked for a better place for our family to catch up and share wonderful times together. It is a quite place with plenty of space for parking., although only 5min drive to one of my favourite points on the whole Gold Coast, Burleigh Heads. Do your self a favour and explore this area. Everything you need is only a stones throw away. The host is very attentive with great communication, 5 Stars *****. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you :)
