"We loved the family room setup with queen bed and bunk bed! The kids love having their own bed nook. We also enjoyed the heated pool and spent a lot of time there. It was a nice reprieve from Universal Studios mid-day. The restaurant and pool-side food were good quality for a hotel. The trolley to Universal was also appreciated, although the timing didn’t work great for us, so we did take Lyft one time."

"OK… So, this is about the cutest hotel I have ever stayed in! Was in town for one night to spend NYE with my daughter who lives locally. Starting with the staff checking us in Hector was very accommodating, fun, and knowledgeable of the property and the area. Onto the room… Super cute, vintage style, amazingly clean! The amenities were amazing to even down to the toilet toiletries! The soaps, lotions, and washes were high-quality and smelled amazing. The water pressure in the shower was great...

"This hotel is a diamond in the rough. The streets have homeless encampments close by and the neighborhood itself is a little sketch but the hotel will meet and exceed your expectations. The room is nice and updated with vinyl plank Floors and comfy beds and a nice size bathroom. The breakfast in the morning was great with many options to choose from. Parking is covered and monitored. There is a store next door so you can get some groceries for the room if needed in our case a couple gallons of...
