"There were places to eat nearby and in the heart of central London; it was a quiet area, and the rooms were exceptionally clean, with everything needed to make the stay go smoothly. The staff were all helpful and nice, offering tea or a drink. The hotel is worthy of 5 star. Please be aware that they do keep 150 pounds per night as incidental, return once all is well at the end of the stay."

The mere rationale behind charging in a buffett is a cheap idea and diminishes greatly my experience. Make it more expensive if you like, just do not charge additionally when having breakfast."

"The best hotel in London By far !! Always Great to comebalck the staff is the greatest Asset !!"
