"Immediately after checking in, I experienced numerous serious problems, including:
* No functional air conditioning in either bedroom. The only cooling unit was located in the kitchen/living area and did not cool the bedrooms. The bedroom temperatures reached approximately 32°C (90°F), making the rooms unsuitable for sleeping.
* The accommodations were dirty, including an ant infestation throughout the unit.
* The property was misrepresented. It was marketed through Expedia as a hotel stay, but...

"Not luxurious but covered all the essentials for a comfortable stay, with very helpful and accommodating staff. Short walk to great food options, shops and major attractions like Colosseum, Trevi Fountain and Basílica Santa Maria Maggiore. Would definitely be on my list for future stay in Rome."

"Vespucci Place was an amazing place to stay and the staff were so kind and accommodating. The room was extremely clean and there was an option for breakfast which was really lovely. We would 10000% recommend to other travelers for a comfortable and clean stay. There was also an elevator which was nice for all our stuff!"
