"Would thoroughly recommend this Hotel, I visit and stay in Scarborough every 3 weeks but this is the first time I’ve used this hotel but it won’t be my last. Spotlessly clean and beautifully presented , staff are welcoming and helpful. It’s position just above the spa gives wonderful views and it’s a very short stroll into the town and beaches."

"Lovely place to stay just a short drive from Pickering. Helpful friendly staff. Very quiet location. We enjoyed dining in the restaurant and a drink at the bar. Breakfast was good too. Comfortable nicely furnished room. Highly recommended."

"We stayed over for the concert at the open air. The hotel was clean and well maintained- all the staff were polite and friendly. Our room was clean. The bar was lovely and the restaurant and breakfast was perfect. The en-suite was very small but clean. The only thing that would have meant full star rating would have been a better parking arrangement, - a quality mattress and blackout curtains. That being said we would definitely stay here again."

"I had a single room and it was lovely exquisite sea view but only a fan. It was very hot in the room so asked to be upgraded to a bigger room in hope of more windows. After debate they eventually offered another set of keys for me to go and view it was better so move rooms at no extra cost even though I did offer to pay the difference. The new room was also lovely well kept but then I found a pair of underwear under a pillow on the chair that wasn't mine. I would stay there again not do not go...

"Staff were helpful however the room was awful. No toilet roll upon check in and also no toilet roll holder. The bathroom was very dusty, the shower took about 20 attempts to switch off. The room was uninviting, stains on the carpet and the chair. The TV seemed like an after thought and was on the windowsil. There were patches on the wall where they appeared to have repaired something but it was a very poor job. The room door did not lock and we had to put the chair againat the door overnight....
