Discover this exquisite and contemporary 2-bedroom apartment nestled in the center of Pompano! Situated within a building comprising 20 individual units, this private abode offers an opportunity to bask in the warmth of South Florida while indulging in the pool. With Pompano Beach just a brief stroll away, you can relish both comfort and elegance in this well-appointed space, providing an ideal setting to unwind and discover the charms of Pompano.

Conveniently located, it's a mere 30-minute drive to FLL Airport, and in close proximity to highways, dining, nightlife, shopping centers, coffee houses, grocery outlets, and the Pompano Pier.

Public Transit stops near by. Also popular fee ride services such as Lyft and Uber are always in the area.

**$350 Pre-Authorization Hold:** We require a $350 pre-authorization hold on your account upon check-in to cover potential damages. This is not a charge, but a hold. Check-in will not be permitted without a valid card on file to cover any incidental charges or potential damages during your stay. Provided there are no damages, missing items, or house rule violations, the hold will be released 5 days after your check-out.

Please note: Completing the Rental Agreement Form and Check-in Form is mandatory to finalize your reservation. Once your booking is confirmed, the forms will be sent to you and must be completed in order to proceed with your stay.
Guests must send a photo of a valid ID that matches the name on the reservation via message before receiving check-in instructions.

-***Occupancy limits per the number stated in this listing are strictly enforced per city ordinance -and full names (legal first and last names) guests must be provided upon booking.

-One parking spot per reservation in the driveway. Only standard-size personal vehicles are permitted, and no trailers, boats, vessels, recreational vehicles (including RV’s, campers, mobile homes, 4 wheelers, etc.), buses, box trucks, oversize, or commercial vehicles are allowed—$ 500 fine for violation. Violation may result in immediate cancelation of the reservation without a refund.

-Host reserves the right for service providers to access the exterior of the property to maintain landscaping, provide pest control, and provide other maintenance services during the guest's reservation

-No parties/events/gatherings. Any guest/group found to be having a party will be required to leave immediately without a refund for any remaining night(s). $500 fine for violation.

-Quiet hours are from 10 PM- 9 AM. Any noise complaint will result in a $500 fine. Violation may result in immediate cancelation of the reservation without a refund.

-No indoor smoking. Smoking includes but is not limited to cigarettes, hookah, vaping, pipes, cigars, and any cannabis use. Outdoor smoking at least 10 feet from the building is permitted, and all windows/doors to the unit must remain closed while smoking outdoors. $500 fine for violation. Violation may result in immediate cancelation of the reservation without a refund.

-If you would like to bring a pet, you must inquire BEFORE BOOKING regarding breed limitations and agree to our pet policy (1. Immediately clean up pet waste and dispose of bagged/sealed waste in an outdoor trash bin or provided pet waste receptacle, if provided. 2. Keep them leashed or crated anytime they're outside. 3. You acknowledge responsibility for any damage caused. 4. Pay the pet fee prior to receiving check-in instructions.). There is a $100 non-refundable fee per pet to cover the additional cost of cleaning.

-Checkout is at 11 AM. If you want 12 PM noon checkout, please inquire whether it's available for your stay (for an additional $25) by 9 PM the night before your scheduled departure! Requests made after this time will not be able to be honored since it affects the cleaners' schedule.

-Check out time is 11AM unless otherwise agreed upon with the host and late 12PM check out fee is paid prior to 10PM the night before check out. Failure to check out on time will result in overstay fees.

-Check-in is any time 4 PM or later. Due to increased precautions, if you want to request early check-in or to drop off bags before 4 PM, that must be requested and approved in advance. Due to the cleaners' schedule, requesting early check-in or early bag drop-off does not guarantee it will be possible.

-Since South Florida has a sub-tropical climate, it almost never gets even close to freezing, which leads to it being a desirable climate for humans, geckos (brown anoles), and insects. While rare, and despite routine pest control, it is possible for an insect or gecko to get inside through an open door, window, etc. Refunds for finding insects or geckos are not given.

-We stock the initial supply of consumables (like toilet paper) and towels/linens based on the capacity of/sleeping arrangements in the unit. Additional consumables or towels/linens are available for an additional fee.

-Do not adjust any mounted TVs. Due to its size and weight, it can't be swiveled/moved.

-To help ensure the safety of our guests, the property is monitored with exterior cameras. These cameras do not infringe upon any private area as they are all exterior. Exterior Cameras capture and record audio and video. No unplugging, moving, or any alteration of the security cameras or any of its cords, base station, or any other parts/apparatus. $1000 fine for violation. Violation may result in immediate cancelation of the reservation without a refund.

-It is unlawful for a sexual offender or sexual predator to occupy this residence and if so determined pursuant to subsection 15-278 [8] of this Code and the certificate of compliance number shall be included in all advertising.

-Crypto mining or similar activities are not allowed as indicated in our listing.

- Any guest who would like to have packages delivered at all must first obtain host permission. No packages may be delivered to the property outside of the guest’s booked and paid reservation dates. We are unable to store packages before or after a guest’s reservation. While we accept packages, please be aware that receiving USPS mail is NOT permitted. For any mail-related needs, we recommend utilizing local post offices or other available mailing services in the area.

- Once the stay has been completed, it is mandated that guests refrain from leaving luggage or personal belongings upon checkout. Please be aware that we do not possess a storage facility for such items.

-Please treat the property as if it were your own for your enjoyment and future travelers.

Updated, but there are issues

I appreciate the effort to update, but basic maintenance goes uncorrected...example, the LED lights in the refrigerator were totally burned out on the freezer side, and like a candle on the refrigerator side. You have to use a flashlight to see inside. Bulb was burned out in the only lamp in the bedroom with 2 beds, had to go buy a bulb. Both showers were open and water spilled out into the floor and flooded both bathrooms. I went out and bought 2 shower liners to catch the water. The sofa is so low that it is almost unusable...NOT COMFORTABLE! The only lamp in living area was so dim.....heating element on the dishwasher did not work, so you have to dry the dishes by hand. The steps going to the second floor are pitched downward...Im surprised they pass any type of safety inspection. The swing in the pool area has rusted and is broken, but instead of removing it. It is left there broken. There is a wine cooler in the kitchen, but it doesnt work. Sliding glass door to the balcony is very hard to open and close and doesnt lock. Beds were so soft and worn out so there is no support...will most likely have to visit my chiropractor when i get home. The "dining table was too small for an apartment that slept 6 people. Only 3 people could sit at the table. There were 2 tall stools that sat at the counter, but this separated WASHER/DRYER COMBO WAS AMAZING!!!! LOVED IT!!!Overall this property is poorly maintained but location is good...beach is a 1/2 block away.

Pros: very close to the beach. Ample space in the rooms. Appliances all were nice. Hosts were very prompt with their communications. Cons: Cannot latch the exterior doors from the inside. Door opens up to the street. The showers are poorly designed. Water tends to get in the floor. No lock/latch on bathroom doors.
