"Great neighborhood location. Clean, comfortable, nicely renovated buildings. Ours had four apartments - 2 upper and 2 lower. Easy walking distance (2-8 Blocks) to bars and restaurants, shopping, and Old Town area of Fort Collins. Lincoln Center performing arts theater is 2 blocks away. Proximity to bustling city means there is some road noise if the apartment fronts the street. (Ear plugs eliminated the noise for our second floor street-side apartment.) Highly recommended."
