Lynn is an amazing Host and was very communicative and her Gardens are beautiful surrounding the house, We have to say the bed was so comfortable, not the norm in other rentals for sure. a good nights sleep makes for happy visitors, We'd come back to her Little bit of Heaven!"

"The location was great. We had pets at CSU and I had to go there multiple times over our stay and it was fairly close. It also had an awesome park across the street that was fun. It was one of the few places that lets you have more than 2 pets which was great since this visit was an emergency and we didn't have time to find sitters locally."

"This home is in a perfect location for visiting Fort Collins, which has beautiful parks for walking and biking, is close to the foothills and about an hour drive of the Rocky Mountains. The modern home has everything you need after a day out walking: a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine plus dryer and a very comfortable bed. "A perfect place to enjoy downtown/Old Town FoCo! Easy walking to great shops, breweries, restaurants etc. from a quiet, charming older neighborhood. Property owners are easy to work with and very communicative. Yes, we heard them upstairs, but nothing remotely disruptive. If you've ever lived on a lower level, or even stayed in a hotel more than one night, you know those sounds fade into the background rather quickly. We'd stay there again in a heartbeat, and would highly recommend to other...
