The Loft in Timnath is a fully remodeled high quality rental that has everything you need to enjoy your stay in Northern Colorado. With comfortable and thoughtful finishes, this space has abundant natural light that feeds life into the many plants and provides The Loft with a most relaxing stay. Wake up with your coffee to enjoy the stunning Colorado sunrise on the furnished private patio. It is fully furnished and with all the amenities that you might need including a full kitchen, dining table, high speed Internet, and off street parking. The Loft is professionally cleaned so know that you are in for a truly cozy stay. 
With nearby opportunities, like less than a 5 minute WALK to the coffee shop Public Market and the local brewery Timanth Beerweeks, you find that The Loft in Timnath is perfectly situated in northern Colorado. Also, upon request, there is access to the Timnath Reservoir if the guest is interested (5 min). You will have easy access to I-25 which will get you to Denver, Red Rocks Amphitheater or Cheyanne with (60 min), or Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park (70 min) or the ski resorts Eldora and Snowy Range (90 min). For something closer, The Loft in Timnath has easy access to the Harmony Corridor that has countless amenities including Super Target, amazing Restaurants, and Sprouts (10 mins) or The Budweiser Event Center in Loveland (10 min). Travel West to Fort Collins, take the scenic route of County road 5 with an outstanding view of the Rocky Mountains. The simple back route skips the Fort Collins traffic and takes you right in the heart of Old Town or CSU (15 mins). Or you can or easily travel east to Windsor (15 min) or Greeley (30 min). The Loft in Timnath is the perfect location for your next trip.

This was such a great and cozy space! We were able to bring our dog and felt very much at home. This is the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in. All of our needs were met and the owners are very sweet. Highly recommend this cute studio 😎

This VRBO deserves so much more than a 5. My wife and I stayed here to see our son at CSU and it was amazing. The room is so cozy, has a home like feel, completely stocked, and 10-15 minute drive to CSU. The hosts we very welcoming and available. We loved it. Absolutely loved it!

We had the most wonderful stay. It truly was a home away from home. The space had everything we needed for our stay. The attention to detail from supplies to decor is awesome. Its a great place if traveling with your fur baby. It is accessible to almost anything you might want to do in the area. We enjoyed a concert, the CSU tailgate party, farmers markets and a couple of fall festivals. We will definitely return.

Super cute place. Very well done. Full kitchen with essentials, responsive owners, access to laundry machines. Ice maker works well. Perfect for couple or solo traveler. A/C works well, comfortable bed. Medium and larger dogs cannot escape the fenced yard. We had to be diligent with our 14 pound male dog, he could squeeze through the gate. Be aware it is upstairs. It was perfect for me, my wife and our dogs. Highly recommend!

This was our 2nd time staying at Clementine & Chris's place, and it won't be our last! We love everything about it! The proximity to Fort Collins, Loveland, and Windsor can't be beat. Clementine keeps her place immaculately clean and exceptionally stocked. There was the perfect amount of room for 2 adults, a 10 year old, and a 6 year old. Perfect Getaway with Our Dog

We absolutely loved our stay! From the moment we arrived, it was clear how thoughtfully planned and newly decorated the space was — bright, cheerful, and full of charm. Everything was immaculate and spotless, and the studio had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation.The fenced-in yard was a huge plus — perfect for our dog to enjoy safely. Even better, there was a beautiful reservoir with a walking path just a short walk away, which made it easy and enjoyable to get outside and exercise our pup each day.We can’t say enough good things about this place and truly can’t wait to stay here again. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, pet-friendly getaway!

Perfect Stay

Clementine and Chris were amazing hosts and very friendly. The property is exactly as pictured and extremely clean. It is above an empty garage so it was very quiet. They gave us a heads up about the dogs next door, but we never heard them and they were friendly when we walked out in morning. Neighborhood is safe and central to many stores and restaurants. I can’t say enough good things about this property. Do not sleep on this place. I will be back next year!

Exactly as I imagined it to be

I've had my eye on this place for several years as one in the perfect location with availability for me to bring my fur babies. Each time I've needed it, it was booked. This time it wasn't so I snatched it up. It was perfect. Warm, inviting, spacious, well cared for and the best part was the welcoming for me and my fur babies. Will definitely look to stay again.
