Carriage House studio, with full bath and large work space area. Enter through a separate entrance to your own private space. Cozy furnishings and décor with a "Moose Lodge" feel. Queen bed and a thick futon that converts to a full size comfortable sleeping space to sleep 4. Retreat is in a centrally located & quiet residential neighborhood with a playground across the street. Easy access to bike trails, shopping, restaurants and CSU. Bikes available for use by guests.

Moose Lodge is located in a great part of Ft. Collins with easy access to restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and downtown (by car). It is in a neighborhood that has lots of walking paths that are easy to navigate and enjoyable. Moose Lodge was cozy, well equipped, and clean. My wife and I stayed there while visiting family, and enjoying the numerous hiking opportunities in the area.I can't say enough about Basil, who is one of my favorite VRBO hosts we ever stayed with. He communicated well about Moose Lodge, and checked in to see if we were happy with the accomodations or had questions. Also, he was so welcoming showing us his yard, and giving us pears from his tree. I don't know what he does, but I wish I could get pears anywhere near that good at the store.When we visit Ft. Collins again, we will stay at Moose Lodge.

The Moose Lodge Loft at Rigden Farms was pleasant, quiet and a charming place to stay. The host lives just across the yard from the loft and was so responsive, if we had a request. The location is in a less congested area of town, just a few short minutes from a major grocery store and coffee shops, etc. The loft is not large – might be most suited for one or two people with luggage but it is comfortably furnished including a great shower and we found everything we could possibly need. We will definitely look for Basil’s loft again when we return to the area!

Couldn’t have been better. All amenities provided. Bed comfortable and cozy. Air conditioning and fan if needed. Beautiful neighborhood. Quiet and very relaxing. Host lovely and available if needed. Bikes available but I didn’t use. I could walk easily to store. Great spot would stay here again.

Basil is an excellent host. Great communicator. I really like to meet the host and we did meet Basil. I am not very tech savvy, so he helped me with an unfamiliar TV remote. The apartment is completely stocked with everything a person needs. It is so helpful to have the house number on the garage. It’s a really quiet neighborhood. We were there for two very hot days & the A/C couldn’t keep up. Basil is aware of this, so he’ll be upgrading. There are 17 steps up to the apartment. We were very happy to stay there.

Perfect home-away-from-home

Moose Lodge Loft was one of the very best short term rental units I have stayed at. I came to Fort Collins for the graduation of my grandson.The location is perfect-within walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. Cleanliness is always my main concern and this unit deserves more than five stars! I found the kitchen, in particular, very well stocked with day-to-day items typically needed for meal prep. The beds are very comfortable and the unit will easily accommodate four people. My son and granddaughter stayed one night and thoroughly enjoyed it, also. This definitely will be my first choice when I come to Fort Collins!

CSU Visit

We had a great stay visiting our daughter who if a freshman at CSU. She really wanted a home cooked meal and this was perfect for that! Very quiet and safe neighborhood. And our host was very kind and accommodating

Charming and Quiet Unit

Our stay here was perfect and the unit had everything we needed. The neighborhood was pleasant and quiet and the unit was spotless and decorated chamingly. Basil was an excellent host and was immediately responsive to questions as well as being so helpful with restaurants, etc.

Most amazing stay at the Moose Lodge

Everything you need, great central location, great shower and great host! I was in the process of relocating and stayed here for a month, while looking for a rental property, buying a new car, etc. I highly recommend the Moose Lodge!
