"We had the best experience staying at the Wynn (Encore) for our 10 year wedding anniversary! The staff was super friendly and handled our requests promptly and with care. We arrived before our check in and the front desk gave us an early pool pass to enjoy the spa and pool amenities. Our room was on the 51st floor. "Unfortunately, the room I paid for didn't have that view, namely the sphere. To see it, I had to stand in the left corner of the window. I think this is abnormal. When I complained, the hotel told me that I should have booked through them directly and then I would have had a better room. But since I booked through a third party, I got what I got. I have all the photos and screenshots of our conversation, if you are interested, I can provide them."

"Beautiful spot with amazing decor and restaurants . The only thing I’d say is be careful you don’t end up on a lower floor close to the strip or it will be super loud. We felt like we were in a bar trying to sleep it was so loud but only on the 5th floor. The higher the better I’d say. It was ok for us but had I had my kids there it would have been a different story. Overall love the vibes of this place!!"

The property is great for what it is; a non-casino spa hotel centrally located on the strip. It's not the Wynn, and that's showing more and more these days. Been staying there for at least a decade."
