"Great Hotel, close to everything within walking distance. The staff was superb, very nice people and outstandingly helpful. The Hotel was amazing, I stayed a second time unfortunately I got a smaller room. Strongly recommend this Hotel and I will be surely returning."

"I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years, which makes this review particularly disappointing. Unfortunately, the property has declined badly. I originally stayed one night and paid extra for an upgrade to Room 272. While that room already had issues, including an AC unit that sounded like a toilet flushing nonstop all night , it was still far better than what followed. "Staff was very helpful with making reservations for dinner and tips on getting around. Location is great, very easy to catch tram and get to canal rides by central station and the ferry. Beds are very comfortable and no noise. Breakfast is good with plenty of variety.Enjoyed our stay."

"The wellness area was a great advantage to our stay. Location was very good as walkable from the train station and to the heart of the city. Lots of food options nearby. I would not recommend eating at the restaurant, over priced and our dinner came out with 2 of the 3 items lukewarm to cold. Enjoyed our time in the bar. Staff was great beside the one waitress we had."

"The room was spacious, clean and just all around perfect! We had the most amazing time, the shower was huge, as was the bed. The amenities was fantastic! Robes, slippers, speaker mini bar the whole 9 yards! Would absolutely recommend for couples and without a shadow of a doubt be back!! 11 out of 10!!!"
