"Very friendly attentive! Gave us recommendations and advice as soon as we arrived. Very clean and spacious room. Lots of additions like coffee machine, drinks in fridge all complimentary. Breakfast and snack items outside the room. Very easy and friendly Check in and out. Location was great for central. Close to red light district and tram stop! Great value for money! "

"What a fantastic stay!!! I knew this hotel was going to special, because of the outstandingly glowing reviews and the historical theme, location and setting—but it really was amazing! My favourite things: -Room (The Woodworker) cleverly fitted out and had amazing bathroom with *happy sigh* Le Labo toiletries. We were also gifted a bottle sparkling wine, which was a treat -Breakfast was delicious and was plated and brought to our table with variety of freshly baked goods, boiled egg, fruit,...

"Staffs in hotel are helpful and professional. Try their best to solve our problems. Food in restaurants are delicious. Clean room , only the shower room problem is solved. Location is good. Thanks"

"Amazing staff who anticipated and handled every possible need. The Concierge, Brian, arranged our transportation from the airport, via email, while we were still in California, and rebooked it several times because we had so many flight delays and cancellations. He also arranged a tour of Amsterdam that was fantastic. Then when my daughter needed medical attention, he arranged for a doctor to come to the hotel. Very efficient and friendly and caring. Couldn’t ask for more."
