Sleeping Quarters and bathrooms-

Main Floor offers  Primary Bedroom, with King Bed , TV  large closet ,and ensuite full bath with walk in shower.

Main Floor Guest Bedroom #2  offers Queen Bed and large closet, small bureau.

Guest Bathroom on Main Level is a Full Bath with tub/shower.

Upstairs Floor offers 2 more guest bedrooms for a total of 4 bedrooms.

Guest bedrooms #3 and 4 offer 2 Two extra long single beds

#3 Full bathroom is on 2nd level with tub / shower.

Main Floor offers Office with desk in case you need to do a little work while away or just catch up on things.

Living Room offers leather couches and chairs, TV and electric fireplace.

This house has been in my family for 30 years. We have made many happy memories here, and we hope you and your loved ones will as well.
The house is located in a peaceful neighborhood, in Hendersonville, North Carolina.  If you want a wonderful family or friend getaway this is the home is ideal for you.  Our home is located adjacent to church confrerence grounds. Please take note of Rules for all residents and guests, quiet after 10 pm and rules when enjoying the pool or lake area. Thank you, it truly is a special place.
When arriving, you can smell the white pines and enjoy the fresh air. It is a beautiful, quiet wooded area with a lake and a large community pool (open in the summer months).
Fishing, kayaking, and paddle boats are available seasonally.
There are hiking and mountain biking trails nearby, with DuPont State Forest and its waterfalls 20 minutes away.
Hendersonville has dining and shopping downtown, with seasonal festivals. It is 45 minutes northwest of Greenville and 20 minutes south of Asheville.

Our house is located on the grounds of Bonclarken Conference Center, the Conference Center of the Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church. Bonclarken hosts Christian Camps and Retreats throughout the year.  As a guest in our home,  you are welcomed by Bonclarken to walk around the Conference Center grounds, but please be respectful of the Christian nature of camps, conferences, and retreats taking place. Also note the Conference Center has a no alcohol policy (alcohol acceptable if inside our house) and a policy requiring pets to be on a leash at all times.

We allow 1 dog or 2 small dogs. They must be with you at all times or crated and bring their beds. Thank you.

Conference Center Amenities are owned and regulated by the Conference Center.
Community Amenities are to be enjoyed by Guests and Residents who all share the same rules:
Seasonal Outdoor Swimming Pool- Note: specific hours, no alcohol allowed anywhere on the grounds and no bikinis. Thank you.
Beautiful Bonclarken lake and 1/2 mile walking trail around it.
Some paddle boats may be available - ask at the Community Center
The use of any and all adventure activity is restricted to groups attending a camp conference. However, property owners and their guests may request through the Bon Clarken office to use these facilities.  If proper supervision is available and a fee is paid, access may be granted
