Welcome to Silver Woods

Silver Woods is the place to be. This home is tucked back on a quiet road all while being half of a mile away from public lake access, Westside County Park.

INSIDE THE HOME
Silver Woods is a relaxing getaway for six, featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Newly redone throughout the home to give you that feeling of being home away from home. Spacious bedrooms with new queen size beds in each. There are two living spaces located in the home, one has a sleeper sofa. The kitchen is stocked with all the basics you would need to cook a home cooked meal. Enjoy warm summer nights in the large backyard sitting around the campfire.

The location of the home is ideal. Being literal steps from Lake Michigan and still 10 minutes from downtown Saugatuck. South Haven is located 20 minutes South and Holland is 20 minutes north.

The property was great! We loved the location, was an easy drive to Holland, South Haven, Saugatuk, Cranes Pie Pantry, and wineries like Fenn Valley and Modales. Great fire pit area with plenty of wood. Felt very secluded. The screened in patio with TV is the star of the amenities - we spent hours out there! It didn't have any pet smells, stains or anything for being pet friendly.

The property was recently renovated and the overall design was modern and welcoming. We enjoyed the location which was a close walk to the beach. The property itself is private and allowed for us to enjoy the campfire without feeling like we were disturbing anyone.

Serene and beautiful family getaway

The home is perfect for a family of 5 or 6, spacious w two living areas and a lovely backyard w corn hole, picnic table, woods and plenty of spots to relax and enjoy the quiet. The front yard has a huge fire pit and we saw deer every evening, 2 minute drive to the beach and park.Large kitchen, comfortable beds, clean, two bathrooms and so quiet, we all slept well.

The location was good, with a nice outdoor setting. We enjoyed the fire pit. The kitchen was nice and the property had enough room for four adults. The one bathroom is tiny and shower very small. There needs to be a broom and sweeper available.

Fast Get-Away

We were in the area for a wedding, and needed something close and pet friendly. Wow, did we hit the jackpot. The place was charming, very inviting, and for me, calming. It is much bigger than it looks, with plenty of room to spread out. We were only using to sleep, so we used the showers and kitchen for snacks. But, it was well stocked with dishes, serving, kitchen helps, and a shelf of cookbooks! The beds were comfortable and there were all sorts of little touches and conveniences that spoke volumes about the property. Its is a great place, perfect location to Saugatuck/Douglas, beaches and relaxing!Book it!!!
