"The resort, rooms, grounds and pool were well taken. Are if and very clean. The beach was spectacular, cleaned daily and great chairs and Impella. The location was also a plus, as it was close to everything. Maybe due to being the off season, but the lack of restaurant was the only challenge. Now, ROTI KING in St. John’s was the best. "The communication and check in were smooth. Location is alright, 10min walk from the beach, which offers good privacy. "Excellent location and standard of the property. Pool was a delight. Issue with finding the property as address given was Garden Apartments whereas it was Hamilton House. Taxi driver did not know Garden Apartments. Took about an hour to find the property then we did not have the key box code and took a while to contact someone to get it. After that though, very happy with our stay."

"Neil was great and very helpful. Place was very nice. Fully equipped kitchen. We were able to have family dinners a few nights. Beds very comfortable. I Bought laundry detergent and washed towels and clothes while we where there. No dirty clothes to take home :) Beautiful views and the beach was within steps from our front door. I would rent a car because taxis can get very pricey."

"The property was amazing, although sort of off the beaten path…but that’s not even a problem with having a driver available anytime. The house was spectacular and Lou (owner) was always a call away, willing to help, pick up groceries, drinks, whatever. The house is probably better than the pictures online.
