"We really enjoyed our stay with Carolyn and Trevor. They are very kind and helped us to really experience the island with lots of tips for our stay. The apartment is extremely lovingly and perfectly furnished, even in the kitchen everything you need is available. We also found the veranda with the view of the sea wonderful and experienced some great sunsets. "Nicole and Adam have a lovely home complete with 3 dogs named Brutus, Miss Shirley and Jax, plus a cat named Queen Nala. Nicole is a chef and has cooking classes at her Nicole's Tabletop busiiness, right in her home. I was happy to sample several of her coconut tarts, ginger marlmelade, hot pepper jelly, tomatoe chutney and her homemade rum punch! "The communication and check in were smooth. Location is alright, 10min walk from the beach, which offers good privacy. Nice touches with sun cream, towels and some basic cooking ingredients (salt, oil, coffee, some cereals, and biscuits). The half-working grill let us cook some fresh fish. There is one parking spot for all cottages, which was great for our rental car, which highly recommend to have if going to this accommodation. The wifi connection is acceptable for a Zoom call. "Located on the quiet end of Dickenson Bay. Since we didn’t have a rental car, we were limited on restaurant choices. This hotel is quiet and comfortable. Nice pool, porches on each unit, and just go through the gate to be in the beach. There are plenty of chairs and umbrellas for everyone. Employees were friendly and willing to help. Would recommend this for anyone who wants a quiet vaca."
